The Tier 1 Exceptional Talent visa application process became active on 9th August 2011. It is the route for non-European Economic Area nationals, who are internationally recognised as the world-leading or potentially world-leading talent in science and the arts, to gain entry clearance to work in the UK.
Mulberry Finch can assist you with all aspects of your Tier 1 Exceptional Talent visa application, from determining if an application needs to be made, to obtaining endorsements for your application, and providing a checking service prior to the submission of your application.
There is a limit on the number of endorsements that can be given. For the period from 9th August 2011 to 5th April 2012, a total of 1000 endorsements can be given. These are shared across all 4 designated competent bodies as follows:
The four designated competent bodies set their own individual criteria to decide who has sufficient talent to be endorsed. Our expert immigration solicitors can explain, and provide advice on, the relevant criteria that must be met by the appropriate body in order to get your application endorsed.
Applications cannot be made from the UK; they must be made from abroad.
Depending on which country you are applying from, you may need to apply either online or by completing a paper application form. We can advise you as to which method of application you should use when applying for your Tier 1 Exceptional Talent visa.
If you have any queries on whether you require a Tier 1 Exceptional Talent visa, and on the application process, please call us now to assess your situation and ensure that you are moving in the right direction.
...the fact that you are a large company and i got a phonecall the next day, i appreciated that...
