What now?
All may not be lost. We look forward to reviewing your rejection. We do charge fees for our services, but before we charge you, we will review your refusal or rejection without any charge. This will allow us to establish if there is any merit in pursuing the case further with an appeal or a request for review.
Once we have reviewed the documentation that you have received from the Immigration Authorities, we will be able to explain to you the realistic options that are available to you including the merits of your case for an appeal or request for review. Furthermore, we will be able to quote you fixed, sensible fees, if you wish to proceed.

To start off the process, please send us a copy of the refusal/rejection notice or letter that you have received from the Embassy, the Home Office, or any other relevant UK authority, including the appeal form and any other documentation that you feel is relevant.

Appeal representation
When you instruct us to represent you, we will charge you a fixed rate for the work we do for you, which will be within the range given in our fee scale, and will depend upon the complexity of your case.
