UK Launches Ads War on Illegal Bulgarian, Romanian Workers
The UK government will launch an expensive advertising campaign (rumoured to be in the vicinity of 1 million pounds) aimed at preventing employers hiring illegal workers, a tabloid newspaper reported. The advertisement warns of stiff penalties for non compliance.
As well asthe campaign more than half a million brochures and leaflets have been circulated to bosses around the country.
The UK Immigration Ministerhas been clear about the intent of the campaign and that is - illegal workers wil not be tolerated.
