Immigration Rules and Points Based System scrutinised by the Court of Appeal: Highly skilled visa maintenance requirement challenged

Highly Trusted Sponsor ratings have been introduced. The type of courses institutions without a Highly Trusted Sponsor rating can offer are now restricted.

The UK Border Agency (UKBA) have confirmed a number of significant changes to the Tier 2 General and Tier 2 Intra Company Transfer visa programmes.

New UK visa restrictions for Tier 1 and Tier 2 of the points based system were outlined by the UK Border Agency today.
