Immigration Judicial Review

Immigration Judicial Reviews are court proceedings in which the lawfulness of a decision or action by an immigration public body, for example the UK Border Agency, can be challenged. Judicial Review is not, however, a way to challenge the actual decision made.

Mulberry Finch has significant experience and expertise in bringing Judicial Review claims. We are here to provide assistance and advice, in a professional and reassuring manner, on all aspects of your Judicial Review claim, including:

  • Assessing your individual situation to determine if a claim can be made, taking into account: the decision under challenge; if all other methods of challenge have been exhausted; and the deadline for bringing a claim;
  • Drafting the necessary documents necessary for your claim, including the letter-before-action, claim form, grounds; and
  • Explaining each stage and keeping you informed of the progress of your claim.

If you have any queries regarding Immigration Judicial Review claims or would like to enquire if you can bring a Judicial Review claim, please call us now to assess your case and begin the process.

Anita was available and proactive at every stage of my application. Her response time to e-mails or phone calls was consistently outstanding. She dealt with my difficult employer and several delays by looking ahead to see how the problem could be managed or corrected.
