Initial Assessment

Before starting an immigration, naturalisation, or asylum application or service for you, we will carry out an initial assessment. The initial assessment is a check on eligibility based on information provided by you relating to the case. We will confirm whether a person should be eligible based on the information you provide in relation to the case requirements.

Once we have carried out an initial assessment, we will advise you on the chances of your success. You can then make an informed decision whether or not to instruct us to proceed with the application or service. We will not advise you to proceed with an application unless we believe you will be successful.

When an initial assessment is not enough

We offer both businesses and individuals effective client-focused consultations in all business and personal immigration matters. The service we provide is based upon specialist knowledge of the immigration rules and procedures, which we use to assist our clients through simple and complex cases. If you need help with your immigration or nationality matters, our qualified lawyers look forward to advising you on the options available to you under all categories of the immigration laws and giving you an honest and complete assessment on the merits and weaknesses of your case.

We offer an initial assessment, which allows us to check eligibility based on information provided by the prospective client relating to the case. We will confirm whether a person should be eligible based on claims made by the individual in relation to the case requirements.

There are cases where an initial assessment may not be sufficient.

  1. Complicated Cases. Every person's circumstances are different. It is crucial that in complicated cases where it is not clear whether or not you may qualify, we complete a more detailed assessment of your circumstances by way of a consultation in order to provide you with correct advice and the correct options that may be successful, before proceeding with a full application or service.
  2. Clients that are not sure. If you think you may wish to proceed with a full application or service but you are not completely sure, you may prefer to have a personal consultation before committing to a more detailed and lengthy process.
  3. Clients that only need to have a number of questions answered. If do not wish to engage a specialist to prepare your application, but have a number of questions to ask about your specific circumstances, or would like to discuss a number of specific documents with a lawyer, then a personal consultation may be the best option for you.

In such cases, if you would like to proceed with our full service at the completion of an initial consultation, we will deduct the consultation fee from the full service fee.

Our Services

We offer three services for every area of immigration. The first is the full Application Preparation service. The second is the Application Checking service, geared for those who wish to prepare their own application, but ensure that it is ready for approval before submitting to the immigration authorities. The third is a paid personal Consultation, which allows us to provide you with advice specific to your needs.
