If you are not satisfied with your compromise agreement, we will advise you of any alternative options. In most cases, this will be submitting a claim against your employer at an Employment Tribunal. Usually the threat of an Employment Tribunal claim is enough to convince an employer to agree to a compromise agreement that is satisfactory to you.
