This is because we will limit our fee to the contribution your employer is willing to make to your legal fees.
On some occasions a compromise agreement may need to be re-drafted. On other occasions, you may require that we carry out lengthy negotiations. If either of these circumstances arise, we may need to increase the fee for our compromise agreement service. You will of course be notified if this is the case as soon as possible. Furthermore, if our fee does increase we will try and renegotiate the contribution that we receive from your employer, to try and ensure that you do not incur any charge.
