Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC)
Immigration lawyers who provide UK immigration advise from within the UK are regulated by The Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC). The Commissioner maintains a register of immigration advisers, detailing the level that each adviser is qualified to. The Commissioner promotes good practice in accordance with the Commissioner's Code of Standards and Rules.
Note that UK immigration advice is regulated within the UK only. Advisers operating outside of the UK are free from regulation. If you prefer to have your UK immigration matter handled by a registered immigration law firm, you will need to use a UK firm.
Mulberry Finch's team of Lawyers are proud to be registered at the highest level with the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC), being Level 3. This allows us to advise in all matters including even the most complex cases, reviews and appeals.
